Customer Communication Program

Please read these Messaging Terms of Service carefully before signing up for any mobile messaging program from Technical Service Consultants, LLC (“Company”). By submitting an online form, or otherwise signing up for one or more Company mobile messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing SMS and MMS test messages from Company.

You may opt out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing and non-marketing Text Messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Program Description

The Company will provide certain services to you after you have successfully and voluntarily opted in to receive Company Text Messages. These Text Messages are intended to provide you with information about the marketing, promotion, and sale of Company’s goods and services (including but not limited to Company-sponsored events, alerts, offers, coupons, promotions, product launches, product information, shopping cart reminders, sweepstakes and contests), as well as messages concerning payment, delivery, and other transaction related information.

Message Frequency

The Company may send you Text Messages at varying intervals as required by the campaign. The Company may change the frequency of Text Messages at any time.

Consent

You can cancel the Text Messaging Service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
